PREFERRED AREAS OF PRACTICE • Commercial Litigation
Nick graduated from McGill University and after completing graduate work in Europe in international law, he joined the Vancouver law firm of Guild Yule & Company where he completed articles as part of the defence team specializing in personal injury litigation. In 1991 Nick relocated to the Okanagan establishing practices first in Kelowna, then Salmon Arm and for the past ten years in Vernon. Nick joined the firm as a partner in 2001 and has developed a diverse litigation practice. Although one third of his practice is in the area of family law, the other portion of his practice is divided between personal injury matters, commercial and real estate law, credit and collections and criminal prosecution and defence work. Nick is the consummate family man frequently sharing his office late in the day with his wife and two rug rats much to the enjoyment of his partners and staff. Nick has still found time to give back to the community and has served on the Board of Caravan Farm Theatre and the Vernon Winter Carnival. He also has instructed in both Tai Chi and Cross Country Skiing.
